It was a terrible day for a football match, the wind stopped the match being a spectacle for the two thousand fans who had turned out, but it's on days like this that players have to dig in and it comes down to who gets used to the conditions first.

The first half was almost backs to the wall; with the strong wind, blowing in Stephen Robertson face a shot from anywhere could have caused the Airdrie United goalkeeper problems.
