 Not the best way to celebrate your 17th Birthday. Thursday nights Under 19s fixture had to be abandoned after a serious injury to Fraser Keast. Due to the type of injury the medical staff could not move him and we had to wait to allow the ambulance to drive onto the pitch to assist him. After being taken to Monklands Hospital to be fully checked out , Fraser is now back home. He has been diagnosed with a shoulder problem and severe bruising. He will be seen by a consultant once the bruising has subsided. Thank you to all the staff at Airdrie Leisure Centre, to the Ambulance Service and the Monklands hospital for the kindness and care shown to Fraser last night. Now he can lie back & his family can run after him- no change there then !!! Get well soon.
