Airdrie United returned from Livingston following a 2-1 defeat and will reflect on missed chances that would have allowed at least a share of the points.

The Diamonds took the lead early in the 1st half when Scott Gemmell fired home from just inside the box.  Ian Russell then levelled for the home side before Livi sub Raffaele De Vita clinched the win in the 72nd minute.
