A Scott McLaughlin strike 9 minutes from the end of the match gave Airdrie all three points at Starks Park tonight.  The win lifts the Diamonds off the foot of the table and with the result in Dingwall going our way Airdrie can avoid automatic relegation with a win at home to Dunfermline on Saturday.
