Goals by Weatherson and MacGregor secured the 3 points for Morton in tonights relegation battle and extended the gap at the bottom of the table to 11 points.  Despite Diarmuid O'Carroll levelling for Airdrie 9 minutes into the 2nd half it was Morton who ran out winners when David MacGregor headed home ten minutes later.
